The solo sound of Miguel Boxerinlove in the heights of an island.

Cumbres Carrascosa was merely proposed as a trip to honesty and to wind up the boredom and frustration carried through the years.

His first song 'University Avenue Road Yangon' was a tribute to the Burmese leader Aung San Suu Kyi. Although kindly supported by renowned sites as No modest Bear, Beko-dsl or Escucharemos, the aim of this song was mistaken as just another dreampop sound and excepting a Burmese paramilitary group (who required the lyrics), no atention was paid to the intention of the song. Fortunately the release of pro-democracy Suu Kyi was finally a fact.

The music of Cumbres Carrascosa is also the way found to restore independent songs to the place they belong, going in an opposite direction to the established snobbism. This fact led the artist questioning himself what he was doing and changing the way his music was shown.
